The role involves providing Workstation Software Break Fix support, managing equipment within client build centers, and processing returns/repairs. Requirements
- Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wiperol
