Job Description
Visa is seeking a Senior Associate Counsel to join their Legal and Ethics & Compliance group. The successful candidate will provide innovative and pragmatic legal guidance for complex commercial agreements with some of Visa's most important clients. Responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in business dealings with external clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree with strong academic record from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. or eligible for registered in-house counsel
- 5 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree
