As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive high-impact product initiatives across our marketplace ecosystem and help shape the future of B2B digital trade in Europe. You will own a strategic product area, define direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders — and teams at Alibaba.com.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital product organizations
- Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and impactful solutions
- Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful product and business outcomes
- Curiosity and foundational knowledge about AI’s impact on digital products, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into simple, effective product improvements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across engineering, design, data, and business teams
- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
- English proficiency; German and/or French is an advantage
