Business Analyst IT OMS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst OMS
• Good knowledge of APIs and the e-commerce sector
• OMS/e-commerce & omnichannel expertise
• Client journey
• APIs & interfaces
• OMS solutions
• Project management
• Workshop animation
• Writing & configuration
• Tools & Languages: Excel, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), English
