Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce Hands-on experience with Development and solutioning
• 2-3 years of Architect Experience
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
• Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies
• Data migration experience
• Good analysis and solution designing skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required
• Knowledge in Design thinking and Agile Methodology
• Open to travel and overseas posting
• Must have Salesforce Application Architect Certification and other Salesforce certifications
• Familiar with Public Sector experience is plus point
