Join VISEO and live a human, collective, and stimulating adventure! We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer Cloud (Azure and/or GCP) to lead our data engineering teams and design modern data platforms.

Requirements

• Pilot the design and architecture of modern data platforms, scalable and secure in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
• Lead and support Data Engineers teams in implementing robust and high-performance pipelines, ensuring quality and governance standards
• Master key Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric) and GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Looker)
• Design and industrialize large-scale data processing workflows by exploiting Spark, Azure Databricks, or Dataflow according to use cases
• Implement DataOps and FinOps practices to optimize costs, automate deployments (CI/CD), and ensure platform resilience
• Collaborate closely with BI, Data Science, DevOps, and business teams to translate needs into high-performance and evolving data architectures
• Continuously monitor innovations Azure, GCP, and the Data Cloud ecosystem to anticipate technological evolutions
• Animate and federate the Data community: share your best practices, coach junior profiles, and promote technical culture within teams
