• A good secondary school leaving certificate
• Interest and fun in practical activities, such as metalworking or assembly of components
• A high technical interest and understanding, as well as manual skills and good spatial imagination
• A careful working method
• Good knowledge and grades in mathematics and physics
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Resilience, flexibility and a good ability to concentrate
• Perseverance, a willingness to learn and commitment
• Very good German and good English skills
