Visier is searching for a Head of Talent Acquisition to elevate how we attract the right talent to join us. This is a high-impact functional leadership role for an experienced TA professional ready to own and refine the engine that connects fantastic talent with our brand and culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience leading an entire TA function through significant change or scaling.
- A proven track record of impact; demonstrated success navigating and improving fast-paced, outcome focused TA environments where speed and quality both need to be achieved.
- Demonstrated experience translating high-level business goals into actionable, data-informed TA strategies and work plans.
- Expert-level knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, modern sourcing techniques, and innovative employer branding practices.
- Proven ability to manage complexity, drive key talent decisions with senior stakeholders, and resolve significant operational challenges using superior judgment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior management and executive leaders.
