Requirements

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools
• Maintain a clean work area
• Update skills on Ford & Lincoln products
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Basic tools are required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
• ASE/manufacturer certifications preferred
• Dealer management software experience is a plus
