Vision Government Solutions is seeking a Commercial Appraiser or Appraiser Trainee to inspect, verify, and record details of commercial and industrial properties for property valuation. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing and recording property characteristics, inspecting properties, and computing final estimations of property values.

Requirements

• Reliable, dependable, and customer service orientated
• Familiarity with general commercial and industrial building construction
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Real estate training is a plus
