Requirements
- Drive adoption through integrated change, communication, and learning strategies.
- Enable leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Assess organizational impacts and partner with Communications on materials development.
- Collaborate with PMO and implementation partners to identify global and regional impacts.
- Support project teams in addressing readiness gaps related to the SAP SuccessFactors deployment.
- Prepare agendas and materials and work with change network teams.
- Oversee training strategy, including planning, train-the-trainer, and end-user delivery.
- Coordinate training logistics, compliance, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Provide strategic input to communication planning to ensure consistent messaging.
