We are seeking a Mid-Level Legal Counsel to join a growing legal team specializing in digital media, content creation, and marketing within the UAE. The role focuses on providing strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations through practical solutions. This is a mid-level position, requiring 5-7 years of experience.

Requirements

• Provide legal advice on a range of corporate, commercial, and media-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including talent agreements, sponsorships, partnerships, production, and licensing deals.
• Advise on intellectual property, digital rights management, and content usage.
• Support the group's subsidiaries with compliance, risk management, and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with external counsel when required and manage legal documentation.
• Support leadership with company policies and governance frameworks.
