Optometric Assistant Part Time

The Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant is responsible for helping ensure a great patient experience by preparing patients for examinations, completing pre-exam diagnostic tests, and explaining each step of the process.

Requirements

• Completing patient registration and gathering patient information
• Assisting onsite doctors with patient care and eye examinations
• Administering preliminary tests and documenting results
• Scheduling appointments and managing exam books
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring a clean and healthy environment
• Participating in specialized training and completing required certification(s)
