Transportation Home Care Aide

Our elderly clients need help around their homes with personal care, palliative care, respite care, meal preparation and feeding, mobility assistance and transfers, light housekeeping duties, transportation to and from appointments, and companionship.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in direct care
• Punctuality, reliability, compassion, patience, empathy
• Strong ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
• Vehicle or transportation
• Ability to add Business Class 30 to car insurance
• Valid MA Driver's License
• Pass a background check
• At least 2 professional references
• Be willing to accept at least 1 e/o weekend shift
