Insurance Partner Operations Lead

Join VisitorsCoverage, an InsurTech company in Silicon Valley, as Insurance Partner Operations Lead. Manage partner and provider relationships, onboard, support and communicate with external partners. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth insurance carrier launches, product and plan updates, and agent onboarding.

Requirements

• Manage partner and provider relationships
• Be the key point of contact between insurance carriers, internal stakeholders and agents for information exchange
• Effectively manage provider onboarding, plan changes and keep all parties in sync
• Create comms playbooks and templates, maintain distribution lists, and log announcements for auditability
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, review trends, and drive corrective actions
• Train internal teams and partners on the new workflows; reduce dependency on tribal knowledge
