Job Description
Visium is seeking an Engagement Director to lead client programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong partnerships, and alignment with business objectives. The role involves managing engagement teams, stakeholder relationships, and driving growth through upselling and new service offerings, while also leveraging experience with large organizations and international clients. The position is a key driver of Visium’s mission to pioneer a bright future and build ethical organizations.
Requirements
- Background in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Science
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven track record as a self-starter
- Skilled in building and growing client relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus
