Job Description
Vista Equity Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to build and oversee the firm’s optimized marketing infrastructure.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or Martech management
- Proven expertise in building and managing marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of data structures, integration frameworks, and marketing performance metrics
- Experience overseeing vendor management, system governance, and process automation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to create and scale processes within complex, matrixed environments
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Sprout Social, Zoom Webinar, SEM Rush, Vidyard, Seismic, Looker//Power BI, project management platforms (Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira) and workflow automation solutions (AI)
