The System Integration Project Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the success of the System Integration (SI) team, enhancing team effectiveness by coordinating technical, administrative, and financial details of projects.

Requirements

• Post secondary education in engineering, design, or project management
• Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits across North America
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and client-focused, anticipating the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter displaying independence and self-direction
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with team members and clients
• Detail orientation and good organizational skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team comprised of engineers, designers, and project support personnel
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a technical or engineering setting
