Sales Associate

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to provide exceptional client service and achieve sales targets across lighting and systems product categories.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in retail or showroom sales
• Background in interior design, custom home building products, luxury furnishings, and/or lighting
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experienced with CRM/ERP systems for client management and project tracking
• Project management skills
• Strong knowledge of product design
• Technical understanding of lighting specs and control systems
• Able to build relationships with architects, builders, and designers
• Excellent communication and professionalism in client interactions
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
