- Configuration and programming of the AV components used
- Media technical customer support via email, phone, and on-site
- Project management and team management on-site

Completed technical vocational training in the field of media technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the conception of innovative conference technology/media technology
- Technical understanding and skill
- Customer orientation, team skills, planning and organizational skills
- Independent and responsible working style as well as willingness to travel
- Class B driving license
