Job Description
Vitable is a digital-first benefits platform looking for licensed insurance agents to help members navigate the benefits industry with a high-touch, customer-centric experience. As a Member Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members and provide expert guidance on insurance enrollments and the Vitable experience.
Requirements
- Licensed insurance agent
- Experience working with Healthcare.gov and/or other state based exchanges such as Covered California
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to stay composed under stress
- Insurance expertise
- Experience using Zendesk
- 5+ State Licenses
- Fluently bilingual
