The Care Partner role is responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments and assisting with activities of daily living.
Requirements

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Possess computer skills
- Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
- Be criminally cleared
