We are looking for a Memory Care Homemaker to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community Mentor in Mentor, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a homelike atmosphere in memory care, preparing and serving family-style dining, guiding residents to snacks and hydration, and engaging residents in meaningful experiences.
