Memory Care Support Partner 11p-7a $19-$21 (Part Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community Mentor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests, and implementing strategies to ensure success. Must be able to work 11p-7a, Monday-Sunday, and have a positive and energetic attitude.
