We are looking for a Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences-Stow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments and possess a positive and energetic attitude.
Requirements
- Be an advocate of empathy and create human connection with residents
- Be present, share your talents, and be someone you'd want to work with
- Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community
- Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Possess computer skills
- Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Be criminally cleared
