Job Description
Join Our Team at Vitality Living as a Director of Wellness at our Spring Hill Community! As a Vitality Living Director of Wellness, you will oversee the care of residents, supervise wellness staff, and collaborate with other directors.
Requirements
- Valid LPN, LVN, or RN license
- At least 2 years of experience as a Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- Proven leadership skills to include building, training, and retaining quality teams
- Successful survey history
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
