Vitaly Health is seeking a Locum Tenens Physician (NP or PA) for their medical center on a rotating, scheduled basis. The role offers 13+ patient visits per shift in an outpatient setting and is a community-focused position. Coverage is on-site and starts January 2026.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensed in Oregon State
• ACLS Certification Required
• BLS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
