Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NIGHTS

VITAS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care to terminally ill patients in the VITAS program. This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with a team to ensure optimal care and support. Shift work (24-hour, with nights available) is required. They emphasize patient and family collaboration and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience, including an LPN/LVN role in a hospital setting.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
