Customer Care Specialist (Field Service Engineer)

Requirements

• Completed relevant technical education (at least MBO 4, e.g., Mechatronics, Medical Technology, or Electrical Engineering) or comparable practical experience with complex medical technology.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable service, assembly, or other technical function.
• Strong skills in fault analysis: mechanics/electronics, log analysis, software, and structured root-cause finding.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, and strong soft skills.
• Valid driving license B, travel-ready: customer visits in NL and Western Europe; overnight stays if necessary.
• Pre: Residing in the mid-Netherlands region, e.g., Utrecht/Amersfoort/Amsterdam/Almere.
