Job Description
Viva.com, a leading omnichannel payments technology bank in Europe, is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across multiple countries, with a focus on Business Development and Commercial roles. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent. There is potential to expand into broader HR partnering responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to international or regional hiring.
- Strong background in Business Development / Commercial role recruitment.
- Familiarity with multi-country recruitment processes and local market nuances.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
