Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules
- Design and customize Service Portals to maximize platform capabilities
- Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
- Maintain and optimize CMDB and Asset Management processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and code
- Uphold quality assurance through best practices and security protocols
- Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance
- Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
- Stay current with ServiceNow advancements and recommend platform improvements
