Product Owner/Product Manager (BaaS, Embedded Finance, Fintech, SaaS or payments)

Vodeno is looking for a Product Owner/Product Manager with experience in BaaS, Embedded Finance, Fintech, SaaS or payments to join their innovative digital bank. The role involves leading strategic initiatives for UniCredit Group across Europe and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in product roles (BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments)
• Understanding of the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding
• Experience working with clients directly and turning unclear needs into concrete product propositions
• Ability to work well across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Finance
• Pragmatic, independent, and able to solve ambiguous challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset: focused on value, cost, and impact
