This position seeks a Civil or Industrial Engineer to act as a Contract / Change Manager in the construction industry, specifically focusing on tunnel construction. Responsibilities include economic support of construction projects, contract analysis, development of change requests, review of cost claims, and strategic support of project management. Candidates should have a relevant degree and some experience in the field, with a focus on regulations and cost estimation software.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction or comparable
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility desirable
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws (VOB, BGB, HOAI)
• Initial experience in the area of calculation and/or scheduling is desirable
• Knowledge of handling common cost estimating (e.g. RIB iTwo) and scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Tilos) is desirable
• Commitment and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, responsible work
• Strong quality awareness
