Senior Data Scientist

A Senior Data Scientist at Voi will own and drive high-impact business areas, creating customer value by improving decision making. The role requires collaboration with business owners, driving data improvements, and leading projects with large scope or high complexity.

Requirements

• Collaborating closely with business owners around the org to fundamentally understand organisational needs
• Proactively contribute to business and strategy choices
• Driving improvements to how Voi works with and makes use of data and insights
• Applying methods with the right level of sophistication for the question at hand, ranging from simple business cases to advanced statistical models
• Successfully lead projects with large and ambiguous scope or high complexity
• Developing and maintaining data models and KPIs that reflect Voi’s products and business processes
• Designing and analysing AB-tests or other methods to measure the impact of strategic initiatives
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, as well as healthy team dynamics
