Site Manager, Milan

As a Site Manager at Voi, you will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class standard for our vehicles and operations in Milan, leading a Fleet Management team and collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous work experience, including experience in managing teams
• Previous hands-on experience in warehouse operations, vehicle maintenance, or workshop management
• General knowledge of digital work tools and data tools
• General understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles
• Excellent communication skills, leadership training and conflict resolution
• Valid driver's license for Italy
