Project Manager - Construction (ID# 364)

Our Client is a leading restoration and reconstruction company seeking a high-performing Project Manager to oversee property restoration and construction projects from kickoff through close-out.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a construction project manager
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, blueprints, and permits
• Proficiency in Xactimate and construction project management software
• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills
• The ability to work independently, think critically, and resolve challenges on the fly
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field (plus)
