Requirements
- A true hunter - Someone who thrives on chasing leads, making connections, and winning deals.
- B2B Sales Experience (3+ years) - Background in restoration, insurance, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- Proven closer - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communicator & negotiator - Ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
- Tech-savvy - Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology.
- Driven & Self-Motivated - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.
- Local Market Knowledge - Familiarity with NYC and Westchester County business landscapes is a major advantage.
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally - Occasional overnight travel may be required.
