Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Group Manager or other leading role with personnel responsibility
• Strong analytical ability and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Knowledge of the Office package MS365 and an interest in developing work methods
