We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Executive to act as the company's ambassador, representing us to customers, both internally and externally. This role involves serving as the primary contact between the company and its employees and customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining employee records.

Requirements

• Represent the company to employees and customers.
• Ensure outsourced employees report on time and manage attendance.
• Enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain employee records and valid contracts.
• Handle disciplinary actions, complaints, and resolve employee issues.
• Participate in performance appraisals and prepare operational reports.
