Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for various contract-related tasks, data management, and administrative procedures. Ideal candidate has a strong desire to improve, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Drafting contract documents
• Preparing and assisting with L/C (Letter of Credit) applications
• Managing and sharing contract documents with relevant parties
• Managing shipping schedules and disseminating information
• Handling dispatch documents
• Following up on funds collection (including reminders and contacting clients)
• Managing sales information
• Assisting with the Sales Report created by the sales representative
• Assisting with visitor and business trip arrangements (hotel bookings, flight arrangements, vehicle bookings, visa arrangements, internal applications)
