Senior Software Engineer

Voltage Park is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team. In this role, you'll build services that help customers unlock the full potential of their AI infrastructure and enhance their products through advanced AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade software systems
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Rust, Go, Python)
• Comfortable working across the stack to deliver cohesive solutions
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence
• Proven track record of owning complex projects end-to-end
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, or orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience running or integrating with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or distributed compute systems
• Familiarity with performance optimization, resource scheduling, or multi-tenant infrastructure
• Strong debugging instincts in complex or unfamiliar systems
• Prior experience in fast-moving environments or high-stakes infrastructure teams
• Familiarity with AWS or other major cloud providers
