Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Good at English
• Good communication skills
• 2–4 years of experience in product engineering, industrialization, or new project launch in manufacturing industry
• Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure
• Deep knowledge about IATF, APQP, PM, PPAP
• Prior involvement in customer projects (OEM/Tier 1) or engineering changes related to product characteristics
