Customer Quality Supervisor

Join One Mobility Group in driving connectivity forward! We are looking for a Customer Quality Supervisor to join our team in Tangier, Morocco. As a Customer Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing customer complaints and alerts, participating in internal audits, and managing deviations and sorting operations.

Requirements

• Bac+4 (A double course, technical supplemented by a specialization in quality is desirable)
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools and methods of quality management
• Control of guidelines, procedures (internal, external) and client specifications
• 5 years’ experience in the automotive wiring
• Bilingual: French /English
