Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in Industrial Methods, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment
- Technical skills: Proeficiency with ERP systems, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
- Continuous improvment: Knowledge of Industrialization, project management, and continuous improvment tools
- Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset
- Collaboration: Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Problem-solving: Proactive, sloution-oriented mindset
- Language: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proeficiency in technical English is also required
