Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients in need, including assessing strengths and needs, planning a course of action, and linking clients to services.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in the Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
