Quality Services Coordinator

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Quality Services Coordinator to assist in organization-wide quality activities under the direction of the Director of Quality Services within the Quality Assurance & Research Team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in support of social service programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Two years of experience in support of social service programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with diverse community populations
• Knowledge of New Jersey regulatory bodies, New Jersey Medicaid, and/or Managed Care
• Knowledge of electronic health record applications
