Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant

Join our team as a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant at Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE clinic. Provide and assist participants with activities of daily living and restorative/supportive care. Assist in monitoring and reporting health status and providing a safe environment for PACE participants.

Requirements

• Unencumbered Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of NC
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
• Minimum of one year's experience in working with the frail or elderly population
