Our Place, Women's Shelter - Full-Time Swing Shift Support Staff

The Support Staff is responsible for providing quality service to all program participants at Our Place - Women's Shelter and Home. The role involves daily work requirements to achieve established objectives, including supportive interaction with program participants and team members, assessment of participants' needs, and performance of all work duties as required.

Requirements

• Communicate and comprehend oral and written instructions
• Provide services to participants without ethnic or social prejudices
• Utilize a range of interventions to work with participants with varying needs and levels of functioning
• Flexibility to work irregular hours
• Ability to function as a team member
• Computer skills
• CPR and First Aid training within ninety (90) days of employment
