Requirements

• Several years of experience as a manager or leader
• Experience of leading specialists and navigating in technically complex organizations
• Good technical understanding within production technology and industrialization
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
