Job Description
Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. This role is responsible for the overall IT Policy Exception Process, ensuring alignment with Volvo Group’s digital and operational objectives.
Requirements
- University/Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven experience in working with IT process management
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, multi-cultural teams both within Volvo and HCL
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Complete proficiency in English
